Who processes personal data?
Employees of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment can process personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. We may also outsource data processing to a third party, in which case we use contractual arrangements to ensure personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection legislation and with due care. Third parties may include those responsible for the event premises or security.
We do not transfer data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
How long will the personal data be stored?
As a rule, data will be removed after the event.
Storage periods required for accounting purposes by those funding the event are determined on the basis of relevant regulations. Regulations on data protection are followed in the archiving of data.
How are personal data protected?
Personal data are always processed with due care and in accordance with data security requirements to protect personal data.
The systems we use are equipped with appropriate firewall, encryption and antivirus software to protect computers, servers and telecommunications in the office network.
